Card Collection

Please make sure that the customer is in-store when linking the card. You will not be able to complete the transaction process without linking a card to the customer's account.

Do not issue the customer with a card without linking the card to their account first.

Please ask the customer to show you their ID document/driver's license as verification.



  New feature

Please note that OTP (one time pin) is now required in order to link cards. The OTP will be sent to the customers cell number (as per FeverTree's records), so the customer will have to be present to provide this.
